To create a ninja build for 2.1, allocate your points and acquire weapons and cyberware in the following manner:
Skill points: Body and Technical Ability- 9 points, Reflexes- 20 points; Intelligence- 14 points; Cool- 20.
Perks: Opt for Dash, Slaughterhouse, Lead and Steel, Opportunist, Tailwind, Sharpshooter, Killer Instinct, Ninjutsu, Vanishing Act and Style over Substance.
Cyberware: Kerenzikov, Microrotors and Arasaka Mk. 4 (if you want to use quickhacks) or QianT “Warp Dancer” Sandevistan Mk.5 (for displaying time).
Finishers Required: Bladerunner.
Best weapons: Go for Errata Thermal Katana, Seraph Pistol with Suppressor and Psalm 11:6 Assault Rifle with Suppressor.
