This expressway is fully operational in Zhejiang, Anhui, and Jiangxi provinces. However, construction is ongoing in Hubei, Hunan, Guizhou, and Yunnan provinces, with sections from Changde to Jishou in Hunan and from the Guizhou border to Baoshan in Yunnan yet to be completed.
