Answer:
The workers of other European countries (Germany and England) believed in unity and solidarity, which were not found in Russia. Moreover, Germany and England inaugurated unions for a better livelihood and stood against them to improve work conditions. These associations started funding to help the workers in distress and unpleasant circumstances.
