Age Limitation Details of AFCAT
- For Flying Branch: The age limit is 20-24 years. Candidates holding a legitimate and current DGCA (India) Commercial Pilot License, can apply as long as for 26 years.
- For Ground Duty: The age limit is 20-26 years.
AFCAT Full Form – Air Force Common Admission Test
AFCAT Full Form: The full form of AFCAT is Air Force Common Admission Test. AFCAT is conducted two times a year (February & August) by the Indian Air Force for its Technical & Non-Technical (Flying Branch and Ground Duty) posts. It is a section for both male and female candidates who wish to join the Indian Air Force for both Short Service Commission in Flying Branch and Short Service/Permanent Commission in Ground Duties for both Technical and Non-Technical occupations.
