- To instruct people with disabilities in eco-friendly and environmentally conscious projects
- To promote and make available the facilities for hostels, homes, and sufficient housing.

Deendayal Disabled Rehabilitation Scheme
The “Deendayal Disabled Rehabilitation Scheme (DDRS)” was launched by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment as the “Scheme to Promote Voluntary Action for Persons with Disabilities.” It was put into place to provide help and equal opportunity for people with impairments. Since 1999, NGOs working for the education and rehabilitation of people with disabilities have received financial support from the Central Government of India under the Deendayal Disabled Rehabilitation Scheme (DDRS). From April 2003, the “Deendayal Disabled Rehabilitation Scheme (DDRS)” replaced the “Scheme to Promote Voluntary Action for Persons with Disabilities.”
