Create ABHA Card – Ayushman Bharat Health Account

The following are the step by step process for creating ABHA Ayushman Bharat Health Account Card:

Step 1 : Visit the official Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission website (abdm.gov.in) or download the ABHA app on your phone.

Step 2 : Click on Create your ABHA number using Aadhar

Step 3 : Fill in your Aadhaar number and click ‘I Agree’ after going through the terms and conditions. Solve the captcha code shown on screen and click ‘Next’.

Step 4 : Enter the one-time password (OTP) received on your registered mobile number linked to Aadhaar. Also enter any other mobile number you want to link to ABHA and click ‘Next’.

Step 5 : Enter an email address and verify it by entering the OTP received. This step is optional and you can click ‘Skip For Now’ to move ahead without adding an email ID.

Step 6 : Create an ABHA address of your choice, which can be your name, nickname, initials etc. After entering the desired ABHA address, click ‘ Create ABHA ‘.

Step 7: Your ABHA number will be generated and displayed on screen. Click ‘Download ABHA Card’ to save a soft copy on your device or click ‘Print ABHA Card’ to take a physical printout.

In Short , Your Ayushman Bharat Health Account and health ID is now created successfully. You can start linking your health records to it and use it to access digital health services.
