Documents required for the Nabanna Scholarship
The students must attach documents with the application while applying for the Nabanna scholarship.
The list of documents is as follows.
1. Applicant is supposed to submit a prayer addressed to the Hon’ble Chief Minister for financial assistance duly signed. Also, mention complete address, mobile number, and e-mail ID (if any).
2. Mark sheets of all previously passed examinations should be submitted.
3. Rank card & allotment letter for the professional courses like Diploma Eng. / B.E. / B.Tech. / MBBS / Law / Nursing / Pharmacy
4. Family income certificate of the student authorised by any of them: Minister-in-Charge / Minister of State / DM / SDO / BDO / Joint BDO/Executive Officer in case of Municipality Area/Officer in the rank of Deputy Commissioner and above in case of Municipal Corporation area.
5. Candidates have to submit the first page of the passbook of their active savings bank account. Details like IFSC Code, Branch Code, Branch Name, Account Number, Account holder’s name must be clearly visible.
6. Admission receipt of current academic year or semester
7. Self-declaration of the student regarding his/her present course of study mentioning the year and receipt of any scholarship/assistance countersigned by the head of the present institution with stamp or seal.
8. Recommendation to the Hon’ble Chief Minister from local MLA / MP is also necessary.
