Examples of Virtual Channel
Let us consider, A network consisting of four devices namely A, B, C, and D and are connected by two links for example Link 1 and Link 2. Let’s assume that, each link has the capacity of 100 Mbps . Suppose, The Device A have to send some data to Device D and both the devices are connected to Link 1. A virtual channel can be created over Link 1 to establish the data transfer between Device A and D and is created mainly with the aim for not to create any interference or disturbance to the other devices communication on the network.
