How to Apply a Table Style Without Creating an Excel Table

Step 1: Select the Range

Click and drag to select the range of cells that you want to format

Step 2: Go to the “Home” Tab and choose a “Format as Table”

Navigate to the “Home” tab in the Excel ribbon. In the “Styles” group, you’ll find a “Format as Table” option. Click on the drop-down arrow to see the available table styles.

Step 2: Select a Style
