How to Enable Gmail Offline on a PC
You can only use Google Chrome to access Gmail Offline.
Note: Update your Gmail settings when you are online so that you can browse while offline later. Then, Gmail may continue to function even when you aren’t online.
Step 1: Open the Settings and Click See all settings
Select the Settings gear in the upper-right corner of the Gmail, and Select See all settings.
Step 2: Open the Offline tab
Go to the Offline tab.
Step 3: Enable offline mail
Select the Enable offline mail check box.
Note:
New emails will be downloaded or edited as you requested while offline, and emails queued to send will be sent when your computer connects to a functional network.
Step 4: Choose the time
In the Sync settings section, choose how long you want Gmail to store offline mail and whether or not to download attachments.
Step 5: Choose Gmail to delete
Choose whether Gmail deletes offline mail when you sign out in security.
