How to Manage iCloud Storage on Your Mac
Step 1: System preferences
Choose “System Preferences” from the Apple menu in the top left corner of your screen.
Step 2: Log in
Locate and click “Apple ID” at the top right of the System Preferences window.
Step 3: Select iCloud
Click on iCloud from the list of options in the Apple ID preferences sidebar.
Step 4: Store Usage and Linked Apps
iCloud preferences show a storage usage chart. You can also view a list of apps associated with your account.
Step 5: Click on Manage
Manage your iCloud storage by clicking on the “Manage” button (usually located next to your usage chart).
