- Continuous Feedback and Iteration: Collect feedback from users, stakeholders and developers continuously during the product development. Refine the product depending on this feedback and that it fulfills their needs along with the current market trends.
- Ensure that you consistently review project progress, budget, and time-frames so that you can recognize possible deviations from the plan earlier. Manage any arising problem at an early stage to keep them from exacerbating.
