How to Use Format Painter in Excel on Mac
Step 1: Open Excel
Start Excel on your Mac and open your file
Step 2: Select the Cells
Click on the cell or cells that have the style you want to copy.
Step 3: Use the Format Painter
Find the Format Painter at the top of Excel (it looks like a little paintbrush). Click on it. This turns your cursor into a paintbrush.
Step 4: Put the Style Anywhere
Click on the cells where you want to use the same style. Your chosen style will be applied to those cells.
Step 5: Turn Off Format Painter
To stop, press the “Esc” key on your Mac keyboard
