Introduction to company

The company name is Predictive Research Pvt Ltd, and it is situated in Bangalore. This company has undertaken numerous projects in Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and different domains. At the time, this company was hiring freshers, and I saw the same post on the Indeed platform. I then applied on the Indeed platform and sent my resume.

Interaction with the company:

After a few days, I received a call from a person who is working as an HR in that company. Later, he explained the company rules, such as the Bond period and Bond rules, and the associated costs if we disobey in the middle of the journey. He explained everything, and then he asked for my clarification. I said okay to everything, and he said he would call me after 2 days.

First round:

After 3 days, he called me at 8:00 am in the morning. Then he sent a Zoom link. He told me to be ready for the test, and the test would be at 10:00 am in the morning. After 10:30, he joined the room. He then asked me about my personal details and background, and I explained everything. Later, he asked some questions regarding the Python programming language, and I answered most of them. After that, he asked two programming questions: one is to sort an array in Python without using built-in functions, and the other is to create a DataFrame in Pandas. After I successfully completed the tasks, he said he would call me in the afternoon.

Second round:

In the second round, they asked about my interests, strengths, and weaknesses. Then, they asked about my college days, my favorite hero, and the pros and cons of development in Artificial Intelligence. Basically, this round focused on my communication skills.

Third round:

In the third round, they tested my problem-solving skills in Python. They gave problems related to dictionaries, tuples, and object-oriented programming (OOP). Later, they asked about search algorithms and Machine Learning algorithms.
