Physics
As per the students who appeared for the JEE Main Paper 1, 2A and 2B, the difficulty level in the Physics section was easy to moderate. Questions were asked from Modern Physics, Magnetism, Thermodynamics, Current Electricity and Semiconductors. Most of the questions were from the Class 12 syllabus. This section was easy for students who solved mock tests and sample papers while preparing for the exam, as it allowed them to adapt to the exam environment and offered additional knowledge about the questions. Till now, all the questions in each JEE exam paper were of a good standard.
Chemistry
Most of the questions in the Chemistry section were asked from Organic and Inorganic Chemistry and most of them were theoretical. There were other questions also from Biomolecules, Structure of Atom, Equilibrium and Hydrocarbons. The overall difficulty level of all the JEE exams’ Chemistry section has been easy to moderate. Most of the questions were asked from the NCERT book.
Mathematics
Till now, Mathematics has been the toughest exam section, where questions were moderately difficult to difficult. Most of the questions were asked from Calculus, Vectors and 3D, Matrics and Determinants. There were questions from Probability and Binomial Theorem also. This section included questions from almost all the topics included in the syllabus. One thing was common, and that was the lengthiness of questions as they included the use of formulas and equations. All the questions were of Class 11 and 12th level only.
