Students should dedicate at least 6 to 8 hours a day to preparation, as advised by mentors and toppers. It is advisable to take sufficient breaks during study hours while you are preparing. It is going to help clear the head and improve focus for the upcoming studies.
The best study plan consists of uninterrupted, focused 25-minute study sessions, followed by a 5- to 10-minute memory break and a brief rest.
