Karuna Nundy
Karuna Nundy was born in 1974 in New Delhi, India. From childhood, she knew she wanted to be a lawyer and advocate for human rights. After studying law at Cambridge University, Karuna started practicing at the Supreme Court of India in 1998. As a young female lawyer, she faced challenges in a male-dominated profession. However, Karuna was determined to use the law as a tool for social change. Her compassion and strong sense of justice drove her to take on public interest cases.
