- The very first question, tell me about yourself. (Keep it crisp and short)
- How were your previous rounds?
- Questions based on the projects mentioned in resume. (They just try to know how you handled the project rather than technical stuff).
- Managerial round is a tricky round where your sense of judgment, communication and how you handle pressure is tested.
- Tell me about a time where you thought you could have done things differently. How did you work upon it and what impact it would have created on your work.
- They also check if you are ready to step out of your comfort zone.
- Tell me about a time when you received a negative feedback from either your teammate, reviewer and how did you react to it
- and what was the outcome. (Also asked what grade were you given in that course)
- Tell me about a time when you were given a major responsibility and how did you handle it along with outcome of it.
- The interview process is quite different, they type the answers you say. So, don’t get distracted.
- Questions will be stressful but don’t fail to answer with confidence as no answer is either right or wrong but it reflects who you are as a person.
- HR manager will be very experienced, so try not to bluff in any part of your answer and be yourself.
