MERN Stack
Mern stack stands for Mongo DB, Express JS, React JS, and Node JS. It is a set of these technologies that are used to develop each end of a web application. Further details about these technologies are given as follows:
- Mongo DB : Its a database which is using BSON format to store data.
- Express JS : Its a framework of JavaScript which enables developer to establish server.
- React JS : React JS is client side library of JavaScript which is used to develop User Interface.
- Node JS :Node JS is a run time environment of JavaScript which allows developer to execute JS code directly in console
Working of MERN Stack:
Just like in the MEAN stack, in this stack, we will utilize React JS for the frontend. React JS will be responsible for initiating requests to the server to facilitate specific data exchanges.
Advantages of MERN Stack:
- React Router provides client side navigation.
- It enables user to implement single pager application.
- All technologies in this stack requires only JavaScript.
- East to learn & explore.
- It enables user to implement real time applications.
Difference between MEAN Stack and MERN Stack
Web development is a procedure or process for developing a website. A website basically contains three ends: the client side, the server side, and the database. These three are different sides of an application that combine together to deliver an application; all ends are implemented separately with different technologies. MEAN and MERN are the technologies responsible for developing all ends of a web application. Also, this kind of development is called full-stack development. These stacks contain tools and technologies to build a web application at all ends.
