Moths can live in any habitat and they all are found in forests, different grasslands, and tundra regions. Gardens are very important for moths because they provide shelter to sustain the moth’s lifecycle. There are so many flowers that attract moths. Mots have their nectar to sustain their life as well. Adult moths eat liquid foods to maintain the water balance in their body specifically the nectar of flowers and sap from the trees. During the larva stage moth larva eats fungi and lichens.
