About the exam:

The exams that I have attempted is JEE Mains and JEE advanced, which are also considered as one of the most difficult examinations to ever take place in India. The books that are helpful in the preparation would be the Cengage series and also the previous year question papers. During my phase of the exam, I was asked easier questions in Physics and Chemistry when compared to Maths. Most of the questions in the chemistry section were rather direct from the NCERT textbook and the questions in the physics section could also be solved by substituting direct formulas.But, when it came to the maths section, it was an absolute nightmare for me personally. I attempted the paper by starting with the chemistry section which is something I would recommend for any other person attempting the paper. The environment was obviously very tense and stressful, and we just keep need to keep our calm and attempt the paper without stress and pressure....

My coaching Institute

I studied in Aditya which is pretty much known for its accomplishments in the field of JEE. My institute is one of the best institutions in my place and a large of students from my coaching enter into IIT’s, NIT’s and IIIT’s every year. With all my hopes, I have joined the institution hoping to be placed in one of the prestigious institutions like most of the alumnus of the coaching did. The coaching was really known for it curriculum and faculty and the frequent examinations conducted to make the students lose fear while attempting the actual exam. So, they conducted like 2 exams every week and in the final month almost 2 tests per day were conducted....

My Course

Obviously my course was MPC stream since I was preparing to attempt for JEE. It is a very difficult subject or stream in my opinion because sometimes I just felt like I had too much on my plate. I was quite stressed at times and sometimes I would just start crying because I had too much syllabus left to cover for the exam next day. Conducting too many exams is indeed helpful in making us feel more prepared and fear less in the main exam but at the same time it is equally or beyond stressful if you are not done with covering all the syllabus for the particular exam. But at the end of the day, that is one brief and realistic explanation of the course that I took up....

Doubt Solving Quality

Our coaching had few of the best faculty out there who were quite experienced and also were aware of the key points that were needed to be covered for attempting the exam. Because they shared their tips while solving our doubts, it was much easier for us to remember the important parts and perfectly execute them in the main exam. So, I would say that the doubt solving quality provided by my institute is absolutely top notch....

Mentorship Quality and Learning curve

Our coaching is known for making one of the best materials for the preparation of JEE. And like I have already discussed above, our coaching has like the best faculty so these two elements together were really beneficial for us. Daily, we would have like an hour in the morning session for the theory class and another hour and a half in the evening for practicing questions related to the topics covered in the morning session and ask the faculty the doubts and get them cleared as soon as possible....

Other details

The fees structure for my college or any college offering this course would be around 1-2 lakhs. The class size was approximately 30, which was quite convenient during doubt clearing sessions....

My Overall Feedback

My overall feedback is that the course is extremely tough but it is definitely possible to keep up with it in the best way. But one should be prepared for it and they should make themselves ready for whatever they are going to experience in the future....
