Our project targets the development of a language translation tool specifically tailored for Indian government organizations. The primary objective is to facilitate the translation of English content into Hindi, the official language of India, to enhance accessibility for Hindi-speaking citizens visiting government websites. Leveraging advanced natural language processing (NLP) techniques and machine learning algorithms, our tool ensures precise translations while preserving the contextual meaning of the original English text. With a focus on usability, our tool boasts a user-friendly interface, making it easy for website administrators and end-users to utilize. Moreover, security and privacy are paramount considerations in our design, with stringent measures implemented to safeguard sensitive user data and adhere to relevant regulations. Scalability is also a key feature, enabling the tool to handle many translation requests across multiple government websites efficiently. By bridging the language barrier, our project endeavours to facilitate seamless communication between government organizations and Hindi-speaking citizens, ultimately contributing to improving the accessibility and usability of government websites.
My Hackathon Journey at CV Raman Global University
My hackathon journey began when I entered my second year at CV Raman Global University, Bhubaneswar. In my first year at CV Raman Global University, I lacked knowledge about what exactly a hackathon was. Initially, I thought it was an event where you had to hack something, but all these misconceptions cleared up in my second year.
