Placement Round Setup
You may have noticed on LinkedIn that people are sharing their experiences about hiring, where they have to face the 5 to 8 rounds to get a job. This off-campus placement experience was quite enjoyable.
It was divided into three rounds:
First Round: Aptitude test
It is to evaluate students’ logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Second Round: Programming/ Coding Test
We were given a real-life situation: an airline company’s ticket booking management system. We need to derive the output or process of that situation through a flow chart, algorithm, or program in any language. They just want to test our problem-solving skills, design thinking, and approach.
Third Round: Interview with the Panel
The hiring procedure was ideal and straightforward because college students lack industrial experience.
