Round 4: HR(Around 15 mins)
- Start with an informal introduction about me, my family, school, college, hobbies, etc
- Why would like to join Mastercard?
- What difficulties am I facing living in a hostel?
- What do my parents expect of me, and what am I doing to meet those expectations?
- Situation-based questions: e.g., you are arguing with your manager. How would you resolve it?
A total of 12 students were selected for Mastercard Internship 2023.
- Tips
- Practice DSA well to clear the online coding round.
- Do some good projects and make a good resume.
- Be realistic and confident during the interview. Don’t bluff anything.
- Study well about the company and let their values reflect in your answers.

Mastercard came to our campus this mid-September (2023) . There were a total of 4 Rounds: Coding Round followed by 2 Technical + HR Interview Round.
