Round 3: Technical Round 3
My third round was about 20 minutes and was based on my resume and some other technologies not mentioned in the resume. This round was mixed in terms of technical questions and non-technical questions. Overall there were around 10 questions.
Non-technical questions:
Non-technical questions in this round were particularly exciting as these were scenario-based and to see if you are flexible in terms of work and technologies. I was told that they no longer required a Java backend position and I was told to convince them that wh they should hire still me. There were a few more questions such as if a major system occurred during holidays then as Team lead how will you convince your team to work on holidays?
Technical questions:
- DBMS concepts.
- I was given problem statements and asked to write SQL queries.
- I was asked a few DSA-related questions and simple pattern printing code snippets.
- Basics of Cloud.
Tip- Have a growth mindset and be open to new views/changes, don’t have a fixed mindset.
Bajaj Allianz Interview Experience
I was selected by Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company in campus selection. I was very excited as the role offered was my dream role. Being able to work with BAGIC on the Java backend and Java-based technologies is truly a great opportunity.
Intended Audience: This article is intended for BTech students who wish to gain some insight into the interview procedure and which resources are needed. Although this is my experience and some notes I took from my peer it will not exactly translate to your interview. I hope it will be helpful to you in some way.
About BAGIC: Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company or BAGIC, as fondly called by the employees. It is a joint venture between Allianz SE and Bajaj Finserv Limited and it provides all types of life insurance plans.
