SSC CGL Score Normalization
Due to the high number of candidates appearing for the examination, the test is conducted in multiple shifts. To maintain fairness and equity in evaluating candidates’ performance in the different shifts, the authorities implement a score normalization process that helps in calculating the final marks of candidates and check whether they are qualified for the next round as per SSC CGL Cut Off and thereby declaring the final merit list.
SSC CGL Cut Off 2023 : Expected, Previous Year Cut Off Marks
The SSC CGL Cut Off 2023 marks serve as the minimum score required for a candidate to qualify for the subsequent stage of the examination. The Staff Selection Commission conducted the Tier 1 examination from 14th to 27th July 2023, organized in four shifts. The determination of the SSC CGL cut off 2023 depends on several factors, including the number of candidates in total who appeared for the exam, the difficulty level of the examination, and the number of vacancies available for different positions such as Assistant Audit Officer, Junior Statistical Officer, are organized and others.
The SSC CGL Cut Off Tier 1 will inform applicants of the percentage of applicants who qualified for the next round of the selection process as well as the category-specific passing marks. The commission announces the SSC CGL final cut off marks, which are based on a candidate’s performance in each tier and must be met by candidates to be considered.
