The Tech Test: Showing What I Know

I got an invite for an interview. I braced for the tech test. It would see if I knew code, could crack tough tasks, and grasp how to make software.

The test was hard but good. Folks from Deloitte’s tech team put me through my paces. They asked me hard stuff and made me think fast.

But it was not just the smarts they looked for. They asked me to show I could work with a team, talk well, and shift plans if need be. How well I could work with others and speak was key too.

The test also showed me how Deloitte likes folks who want to learn non-stop. The tips I got from them showed I could grow more.

As my time with Deloitte drew to an end, I thought back on what I’d done. Each part, from the start to the test, was a chance to show what I know, learn from the best, and match up to what Deloitte wants.

All in all, my talk with Deloitte as a coder was more than just a chat. It was a way to grow, stay tough, and see all the things I could do. I don’t know what will come, but I’m set for it.
