The Technical Interview
The next stage was a technical interview with a panel of two senior developers. They started by asking about my resume, focusing on the projects and internships I had listed. We discussed my most recent project in detail, including the technologies I used, the challenges I faced, and how I overcame them. The interview then shifted to technical questions about programming concepts, object-oriented principles, and database management. I was also asked to solve a few coding problems on the whiteboard, where I had to write algorithms and explain my thought process. The interviewers were supportive and provided hints when I needed them.
