Description: Ti Jianzi similar to jianzi but with some differences, is another traditional Chinese game where players use their feet to keep a weighted shuttlecock in the air. It is played individually or in a group and the objective is to maintain the shuttlecock’s momentum and prevent it from falling to the ground. Ti Jianzi requires skillful footwork and coordination and is often played as a recreational activity in parks and public spaces.

Weightlifting is another sport where they do well, winning Olympic gold medals and setting world records. Overall, Chinese athletes work hard and are among the best in the world.
