Kapila Kalam Program

On the 89th anniversary of the late Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, a renowned scientist and former president, the Union Education Ministry announced the launch of the Kapila Kalam campaign. In order to raise awareness of intellectual property rights (IPR) in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), the Kapila Kalam Program was launched.
