What is KO Meeting?
KO stands for Kick-Off Meeting, which is another important component of project management.
- After the Execution phase defines the plan for executable tasks and activities for development, testing and deployment, proper communication has to be established among the team members and stakeholders, so that the progress report of our project remains transparent.
- Thus, the KO Meeting communicates the project scope, goals and objectives to the team.
