What Not to Carry in SBI PO exam 2023 ?
Candidates are not allowed to carry the following items to the exam center.
- Food items, opened or packed.
- Pencil box, geometry box, writing pads, logbooks, etc.
- Any printed material apart from the SBI call letter & Photo ID card.
- Digital wristwatches & analogue watches.
- Electronic devices, including mobile phones, calculators, scanning devices, cameras, Bluetooth devices, etc.
SBI PO Scribe Facility 2023
Scribe / Reader would be allowed to Visually Handicapped (VH) & Orthopedically Handicapped (OH) candidates having a disability of 40 % or more if so desired by the person. Scribe is meant for only those candidates with disabilities who have physical limitations to write including speed.
The following rules will be applicable incase of a scribe :
- Scribe will be allowed to be used as per the guidelines issued vide Office Memorandum of Government of India, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Department of Disability Affairs, New Delhi & clarification issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services.
- Candidate will have to arrange his/ her own scribe at his/ her own cost.
- Both, the candidate & the scribe will have to give an undertaking, in the prescribed format with a passport size photograph of the scribe. Further, in case it later transpired that the candidate/scribe has suppressed any material facts, the candidature of the applicant will stand canceled, irrespective of the result of the test/ examination.
- Candidates with a disability who have physical limitation to write including that of speed shall be allowed compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour of the examination whether availing the facility of scribe or not.
- Any candidate who is not eligible to use scribe as per the guidelines referred to above, but uses scribe in the written examination shall be disqualified to participate further in the recruitment process.
