Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen
Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen was a German physicist, who was a professor at the University of Würzburg in Germany. He was born on March 27, 1845, in Lennep, Prussia(Germany). His father was a clothes merchant. Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen‘s family suffered from a financial crisis during his childhood.
Röntgen acquired the degree from the Polytechnic Institute in Zurich, Switzerland. After this, he studied mechanical engineering at the University of Utrecht in the Netherlands. In 1869 Rontgen received a Ph.D. degree from University of Zurich. After this Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen worked as a professor at many universities.
