The FormatNumber function returns an expression formatted as a number."

Example 1

The output of the code above will be:

Example 2

Setting number of decimals:

response.write(FormatNumber(20000,5))

The output of the code above will be:

Example 3

Fractional values with or without a leading zero:

The output of the code above will be:

Example 4

Negative values inside parentheses or not:

Grouping numbers - or not:
