HTML 2.0 in 1996 by the HTML Working Group of the Internet Engineering Task Force developed.
HTML 2.0 is an outdated version of HTML. Currently on the market can be found in the browser rely on an updated version of HTML. For a WEB developers, there is no need to require HTML 2.0 standard.

W3C HTML 5 working draft released on January 22, 2008.
Through the development of how to handle all HTML elements and precise rules for how to recover from mistakes, HTML 5 improves interoperability and reduce development costs.
HTML 5 new features include embedded audio, video and graphics capabilities, client-side data storage, and interactive documents.
HTML 5 also includes new elements, such as: <nav>, <header>, <footer> and <figure> and so on.
HTML 5 Working Group include: AOL, Apple, Google, IBM, Microsoft, Mozilla, Nokia, Opera, as well as hundreds of other suppliers.
