An Academy called as Shuchiin having a student council carries their own daily tasks, while Miyoki Shirogane is the president and Kaguya Shinomiya. She belongs to a very wealthy family who is yet strict but she manages to confront to her friends and Shirogane. The academy flourishes with new joinees and daily assignments.
A character named as Yuu Ishigami has a crush on Tsubame Koyasu which gives him confidence. There are a lot of internal comedic conflicts between friends and council members showing the interesting side of the high schooler romance and comedy.
